Evan has over 16 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. As President of Armstrong and Associates, he provides consulting services to manufacturers and 3PL’s in the following areas: business planning, logistics outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, market analysis and benchmarking and supply chain systems evaluation and selection.

Evan drew on his experience as a Provider (having served as Vice President of Pricing for Roadrunner Freight Systems – $120 MM non-asset based transportation company); as an Integrator (having developed & implemented transportation and logistics systems and spearheaded startup logistics operations for Fortune 500 customers) and as a 3PL expert (while serving as President of the company that has developed what is considered by many to be the industry’s definitive knowledgebase on the 3PL industry).

Evan has presented at conferences in Shanghai, Chicago, San Diego, Atlanta, Acapulco, and Toronto. He is a frequent speaker at CSCMP events, the University of Wisconsin Executive Education Program and serves as an officer of the Milwaukee CSCMP Roundtable. He holds a BBA in Finance
