Catherine Lee, Founder & President - CDL & Associates, Inc. The New Rules for International Communications and Negotiations Ms. Lees international consulting and training practice specializes in helping companies excel internationally in communications and negotiations. Founded in 1989, she has conducted programs in Asia, South America, Europe, and India for companies such as Motorola, Navistar, General Motors and BP. Catherine Lees presentation introduced a process to plan content and strategies for a successful negotiation; both internal and external. You will also learn which behaviors to avoid and which to use, along with the impact of both. In addition to Ms. Lee's consulting and business activities, she ran for the U.S. Congress in 1996. She holds an M.A. from the University of Michigan where she was named a Horace Rackham Fellow. She has also completed extensive course work at Laval University in Quebec, Canada; Javeriana University in Bogota, Columbia and course work for her Ph.D. at Wayne State University. She has served as an Assistant Professor at the University of Detroit and Purdue University. |
