Tour of the OfficeMax Itasca Distribution Center. The tour discussion will highlight many of the logistics challenges that resulted from the merger of Boise Cascade’s contract stationery business with OfficeMax’s retail business. This facility primarily serves the contract stationery side.

Agenda:
Tour participants check-in at 3:30 PM. Parking in covered garage at east end of facility
1. 30 minutes check-in, networking, snacks (3:30 – 4:00)
2. 5-15 minutes tour introductions, summary of business, logistics network description, discussion of lead practices (4:00 – 4:15)
3. 30-45 minutes tour, five groups (4:15-5:00)
4. 15-30 minutes, post-tour recap at conference room, Q&A, networking (5:00 – 5:30)
