Event Overview: CSMP’s Signature Programs Year Kick-Off Networking Event. This year we will be exploring the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability at a landmark building in Logan Square. Coyote Logistics will share their journey in selecting this location for their Headquarters.
The Green Exchange building is an iconic four-story 272,000 SF former factory being converted according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum standards incorporating a wide array of efficient and aesthetically pleasing green building features and benefits.
Formerly an underwear factory, and home of the renowned Cooper Lighting company, the building is one of Chicago’s historical gems. Ninety-five percent of the original building structure will be rehabilitated and maintained to preserve its charm as a historic landmark.
