Topic: How Economics and Policies Impact Freight
Stephen Bindbeutel is a Director of Product Solutions at Truckstop.com in Chicago, IL. Stephen has spent the past six years fervently learning about the supply chain industry in a myriad of roles ranging from sales, asset utilization, product management, data analytics, UX design, emerging technology, and industry research. During this time, he developed an immense passion for thinking differently about how to solve the various challenges that this underappreciated industry faces.
Stephen’s commentary has been featured in publications for the Transportation Intermediaries Association, Disruptor Daily, and Intermodal Insights. He’s also spoken at industry events for TIA and the Chicago Supply Chain Management Professionals organization.
Stephen holds a BA in Economics with Business and Psychology Cognates from Michigan State University. When he’s not thinking about freight, he’s usually contemplating the innumerable qualities of Golden Retrievers and what he must’ve done in a past life to deserve being a Detroit sports fan.
