2020-08-20 Summer Soiree Virtual Networking Happy Hour
Please join us for a virtual happy hour drink (or two!)
On Thursday August 20 from 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM CT, network with fellow supply chain professionals and CSCMP members of the CSCMP Chicago Roundtable. Bring Your Own Beverage (BYOB) to the party or take part in some discounted Sourced Craft Cocktails thanks to the generous sponsorship of Blue Yonder– whatever floats your boat!
We will be using the Remo Conferencing service that allows for a more natural networking environment, with virtual tables to the freedom to come and go in small groups with video, audio and chat. The founder and CEO of Sourced Craft Cocktails will kick us off with the story of their journey toward providing this service and some mixology tips. Afterwards, we’ll have unstructured networking. Go where the people are and say hi! We’ll have a few tables dedicated to different parts of the CSCMP Chicago experience, like programs and membership, with folks from the team ready to share what our organization is all about. Everything else is wide open!
Happy Hour Delivery Drink options:
- Strawberry Whiskey Smash (Whiskey)
- The Devils Backbone (Tequila)
- Watermelon Splash (Vodka)
- BYOB Registration closes Tuesday, August 18th
- Happy Hour delivery registration closes on Sunday August 16th
- Guests will be provided with a link to select a drink kit that will make approximately 4 drinks
- Contact the event coordinator if seeking delivery outside of the Chicago market
Speaker Bio: Tim Angelillo
Sourced Craft Cocktails provides bartenders and cocktails for events ranging from small, private parties that host anywhere from 10-50 people to major music festivals that welcome tens of thousands of attendees. Facing the disruptions of the global pandemic, Tim and the team pivoted this live offering to the virtual world, connecting local bartenders with customers in need of drink delivery and a virtual education in Mixology.
All funds collected will support the CSCMP Chicago Roundtable mission of “To lead the supply chain profession by connecting, developing, and educating the world’s logistics and supply chain management professionals throughout their careers”
CSCMP roundtables are independently run by local volunteers and members of CSCMP. Our goal is to provide truly exceptional offerings and service. CSCMP reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel programs for any reason, including but not limited to emergency, inclement weather or other ‘acts of God’. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, CSCMP will determine an equitable basis for the refund of a portion or all the registration fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures
