Supply Chain Innovation and Business Incubator:
Lean Six Sigma for Supply Chain

Date: May 19, 2022
Event Overview:
Share an evening of discussion and collaboration among industry experts to learn about “Lean Six Sigma for Supply Chain.” This topic builds on an already successful launch of Lean Six Sigma, but concentrates on topics related to supply chain, distribution, warehousing and distribution. Lean Six Sigma for Supply Chain follows the product or service, from order fulfillment to delivery.
Learn how value-flow mapping (VFM) and value stream mapping (VSM) can eliminate waste and improve overall customer satisfaction. Understand topics such as how Lean Six Sigma tools can optimize order fulfillment while focusing on the voice of the customer (VOC).
Think strategically on how to “Lean” your Supply Chain with topics such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control), root-cause analysis, and third-party logistics within a lean environment to create a competitive advantage within your supply chain.
