Event Overview:

CSCMP Chicago is pleased to partner with the Traffic Club of Chicago for a facility tour of The Belt Railway Company of Chicago!

The Belt’s Clearing Yards span a 5.5 mil distance among 786 acres and supports more than 250 miles of track.  We will tour 3 different locations in the Railyard, the Car shop, Locomotive shop, and Hump-Tower. The day will start with an introduction of The Belt Railway Company from Percy Fields, President and GM.

Once the tour has concluded we will head back for lunch and some networking among the Traffic Club and CSCMP Roundtable.

• 9:30 am – 10:00 Introduction by Percy Fields
• 10:00- 12:00 Yards Tour
• 12:00-1:00 – Lunch and Q & A
