A little about Kim! She is a dynamic business development leader with 17 years in the supply chain industry. Kimberly’s passion for creating innovative solutions and cultivating strong relationships is at the core of her career journey. As an Electro-Mechanical engineer, she started as a CAD drafter at an MEP firm and is now the Head of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Cartesian Kinetics, a rapidly growing Robotics startup company.
Kim attributes her success to hard work, respect for all(especially when it’s hard), persistence, and unapologetically being herself. These traits took years to adopt and even more years to “somewhat” master.
She strives to make an impact. Any positive impact, whether lasting a minute or for a resounding lifetime. “You never know when your words or actions will impact another human being, so always strive to do what’s right and be kind, especially when it’s hard.”

Today, Candor is recognized as a leading certified women-owned business headquartered in Texas – with offices in Illinois and Kansas.
Always looking for new solutions for her customers, Nicole is excited to launch “Candor Cool Chain”, a new division featuring a unique solution for shipping smaller, refrigerated and frozen packages across the U.S. — all while protecting product quality and safety, reducing wasted capacity, keeping costs under control, and minimizing environmental impact.

Now as Director of Truckload Procurement, Lindsey pays that guidance forward, mentoring other women driven to succeed in Transportation careers.
With over a decade of Transportation leadership experience, Lindsey is an expert at exceeding business goals and driving efficiencies. As a Procurement Director, she leverages her strong Operational Management, Sales, and Customer Service skills to transform Logistics networks.
By continuously improving Procurement processes across industries, Lindsey has delivered significant cost savings and recruited top talent. Her proven track record of strengthening customer relationships through successful launches highlights her ability to be a strategic partner that creates value. With her wealth of experience across Transportation modes and Logistics, Lindsey is adept at identifying opportunities to optimize networks and exceed objectives.
With a passion for transportation and supporting underprivileged teens, Lindsey is an active member of the Detroit Transportation Club who works to provide scholarships for those in need.
