Event Overview:
CSCMP Chicago along with Logistics Property Company (LPC) invites you to a facility tour of 1237 W. Division located in downtown Chicago.
1237 W. Division is the regions’ first multi-story Logistics facility developed by Logistics Property Company. The building is in Chicago’s Goose Island neighborhood and is the foremost distribution location serving ~$2 billion in e-commerce customers within a 5-mile radius. The project is pursuing LEED Silver certification.
Once the tour has concluded we will gather for some Q & A and networking.
