Event Overview:

Supply Chain Talent Gap — Are You Ready?

Supply chain management (SCM) is a discipline in the midst of a high profile transition. C-level executives increasingly recognize the value of strong, integrated SCM capabilities for propelling their businesses to greater levels of success. These executives have elevated supply chain leaders to strategic roles and are investing in SCM capabilities to create competitive advantage. The heightened status creates the need for a stronger, more capable SCM team.

Please join us as we explore the topic of Talent Development, through several ‘Thought Leadership’ presentations and panel discussions – a topic that is important to all of today’s supply chain professionals; regardless of where you are in your career progression.

Presentation topics include: “The New Supply Chain Agenda”, “The Constant: Culture and Engagement”, and “Talent of the Future: An Experiment in Blended Learning”.

Panel discussions include: “The Acquire Process”, The Develop Process”, “The Advance Process”, and a millennial and/or cross generational panel – “Putting it Together – Acquire, Develop and Advance”
