Amber Romando is a seasoned supply chain executive with over two decades of experience in transportation, logistics, and 3PL operations. She currently serves as Vice President at BWS Logistics, where she leads operational strategy, drives scalable growth, and oversees performance across a diverse portfolio of customers in the food & beverage, medical, and manufacturing sectors.
Amber began her career at UPS as a transportation coordinator and quickly rose through the ranks, building a reputation for operational excellence, team leadership, and an unmatched understanding of the freight brokerage landscape. Throughout her career, she has been known for her hands-on leadership style, data-driven decision-making, and ability to transform teams into high-performing, results-oriented organizations.
A passionate advocate for advancing women in supply chain, Amber is deeply committed to creating space for connection, mentorship, and growth within the industry. She has been an active leader within CSCMP, previously serving as Education Chair before stepping into her current role as President of the CSCMP Chicago Roundtable.
As Board President, Amber is focused on elevating the member experience, fostering meaningful industry connections, and creating inclusive opportunities for both women and men to learn, collaborate, and support one another in shaping the future of supply chain.
From working on JLL’s $1.8B acquisition of HFF, to providing valuations to capital partners for their next purchase, Sharon has taken a deep-dive into everything from national operations to detailed financial modeling and supply chain analysis.
Before moving to Chicago, Sharon started her career at the JLL Dallas office where she gained corporate exposure working on the JLL and HFF Integration. Sharon currently sits on the top-producing team at JLL and collaborates with her team to develop comprehensive cost-saving real estate solutions for companies throughout the United States. Sharon works primarily in transaction management, supply chain network optimization, transportation cost modeling, and labor analytics, helping companies make informed decisions in their site selection process.
Ben Clark is the Director of Contract Packaging at Kenco Group, where he leads a dedicated packaging division focused on delivering integrated 3PL and contract packaging solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the supply chain industry, he plays a key role in driving strategic growth and developing scalable operating models.
Ben’s background includes supply chain operations, packaging strategy, and business development, with a focus on helping organizations optimize efficiency while enhancing the customer experience.
In his role as Marketing Chair for the CSCMP Chicago Roundtable, Ben is focused on elevating the roundtable’s brand presence, driving member engagement, and supporting the continued growth of the Chicago supply chain community.

Pete serves as the Executive V.P. of Business Development for BM2 Freight Services, Inc, a mid-market truckload freight brokerage, headquartered in Covington, KY, with an office near Rosemont, IL. He has been in the transportation business for 29 years and started with American Backhaulers in 1996.
Robert served as Senior Director of Transportation at Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, and has responsibility for day-to-day transportation planning, procurement, reporting and analysis.
With more than twenty years of experience in supply chain management, Robert has a strong background in transportation and warehouse management, process improvement, analytics and systems implementation.
Prior to Feeding America, Robert worked in different roles for companies such as Treehouse Foods, ConAgra Brands, Butterball and OfficeMax.
Dan Vanden Brink, a seasoned Supply Chain and Technology Executive with 25+ years of global experience in Operations, Analytics, and Execution. Strong expertise in strategy, scaling organizations, and leadership. Recognized for creating innovative solutions leveraging technology and energizing teams driving millions in value for his customers. Adept at building and leading high-performance teams at fast growth technology companies.
Brad currently serves as the Director of Sales for Journey Freight International, specializing in North American Transportation brokerage along with ocean and air freight exporting to both the US and Canada. Previously he was a founder and VP of Sales at LiVe Logistics before Omni Logistics acquired the company in 2022. Brad has over 17 years of industry experience and his previous companies include CH Robinson and Crowley Logistics.
